Welcome back to another fantastic year with The University of Newcastle Islamic Society! Alhamdulillah, 2010 marked an amazing year for all UNIS members as we successfully brought UNIS back to life. This was made reality through our multiple events on campus that had gathered a lot of interest, support and attendance. We attribute our achievements to our dedicated UNIS members. May Allah swt bless you all.

We are also pleased to announce that we’re back operating, and in the midst of organizing more events this year. So you should be excited! As we're approaching the holy month of Ramadhan , and as it is recommended to have the breakfast (Iftar) as a group, University of Newcastle Islamic Society, with the help of few other societies is planning to have an Iftar in each week of this holy month at the university's AIC courtyard, and inshallah with your support, we'll have a warm and friendly Iftar together.
